how you have helped this country to move forward. A country in Africa is at
the brink of collapse for now because some people somewhere have refused to
perform their duties.
Your lordship, you have taken Nigeria
away from the brink of collapse

well researched judgment...and we want to commend your lordship for your
scholarship.
