Enyimba are not missing

Aftermath of the departure
of Enyimba of Aba’s former coach Maurice Cooreman a member of
the team, Sam Ledor, said Enyimba are not missing the Belgian.
Ledor in an interview with
Nigeriasports.com said the new man in charge, Austin
Eguaveon, is capable enough to fill in the space of Cooreman as
he is a coach with international experience.
" Eguaveon is capable
enough to handle the team as he has good experience being a
former national team coach, he gives us the same kind of
leadership we can get from Cooreman, so we do not miss Cooreman
at all"
Maurice Cooreman fell out
with the Enyimba management after the former two time African
kings lost out in this years Confederation of African Football
CAF champions league to eventual winners Al-Ahly of Egypt.
the Belgian who is the
first foreign coach in the Nigerian league to win back to back
league titles with two different clubs ( Ocean Boys of Bayelsa
and Enyimba) have since team up with Ghanaian champions Asante
Kotoko of Kumasi.
