Anchor strategises for better service

... Relocates to Lekki

As part of the processes of re-defining service delivery in the nation’s insurance industry, Anchor Insurance has strategically moved her corporate head office to a choice area in Lagos. This, the company explained last week is to enable it stand out as a stronger player in the Insurance industry.

Officials of Anchor Insurance who expressed delight at the development hinted that the movement to Lekki phase 1 is based on the company’s promise to re-define insurance and makes it take it rightful place in the nation’s economy.

"For this reason the movement is expected to give the company leverage in serving the insurance public better, faster and creatively with an eye on high net worth corporate organisation and individuals with a preference for serene and decent business environment.

"In delivering more by marching the customer’s need to the company’s value and to effectively communicate the brand strategy to the public, the company has just set up corporate communication and brand management team headed by Mr. Femi Lawson a seasoned professional in brand building and management", Anchor managing director and chief executive officer Mr. Ademayowa Adeduro had explained.

The team he hinted has commenced implementation of strategies that will build the Anchor brand as the customer’s first choice and initiate programme and activities that will strengthen the relationship and create loyalty between the company and its customers.

Speaking with newsmen at the company’s new head office,Mr. Femi Lawson confirmed that work has started as a lot of branding and re-branding are currently going on in the organisation, part of which includes the relocation of the company’s corporate head office, staff training, product re-packaging to fit the customers needs. "All of this are being done to position the company as a strong brand in insurance industry and to build confidence in our customers, he said."
